    Social Media Manager

    Social Media Manager
    Full-time.

    Your duties:

    • Looking after the FELS Group’s social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, XING, Twitter and others)
    • Development and implementation of social media campaigns
    • Development and implementation of content concepts
    • Design of the editorial plan in coordination with all relevant departments and the main advertising agency
    • Creation of content (text, image, if necessary other forms) as part of a team
    • Monitoring and optimisation of social media activities
    • Community and trend monitoring
    • Understanding of SEO marketing
    • Further development of the social media strategy in the context of overall communication
    • Advising employees and our key clients on optimising social media activities

    Our requirements:

    • Initial, relevant professional experience, preferably in marketing for the financial industry or in marketing
    • Degree with a specialisation in online marketing or journalism
    • Intensive experience with social media, including monitoring and management
    • You would like to make a positive difference in the world together with us
    • You must have an affinity with financial investment
    • You consider communication and team skills a matter of course
    • Very good German and English, both spoken and written
    • Your approach to work is structured and you think analytically and strategically
    • Are you driven by creativity and curiosity?

    IT Network Administration Specialist

    IT Network Administration Specialist
    Full-time.

    Your duties:

    • Support for the planning and administration of existing IT network environment (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VoIP, VPN)
    • Configuration of the network environment through optimisation, error analysis, performance tuning and monitoring (routing, switching)
    • Administration and oversight of firewalls and regular review and ongoing development of existing security solutions
    • Support and cooperation for network-related IT projects, such as the development of new cloud infrastructure
    • Management of external network and security contractors
    • Administration and oversight of dedicated Windows domains
    • Set-up of and support for user hardware
    • Creation and implementation of back-up concepts (PC/NAS)
    • Preparation and guidance of audits in relation to network security (all components)

    Our requirements:

    • Degree in (business) IT or comparable training as an IT specialist for system integration
    • Skills in concept design, implementation, optimisation and operation of complex network and security solutions
    • Experience with cloud infrastructure/cloud computing
    • Practical experience with switches, routers, access points and UPS
    • Firewalls: basic theory and practical experience (pfSense)
    • Basics of NAS and practical experience (Synology)
    • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/Windows Server 2016/2019
    • Good general understanding of technology and a fast learner
